A life changing podcast

This podcast by Laura Richards is amazing. What she reveals through her hard work and knowledge she has gained throughout her career should be mandatory to teach in schools. Having my eyes opened to coersive control has helped me change my life, helped my two daughters lives plus I can now teach them the warning signs, also talk to men about how they can help if they love and respect women and children. It has been invaluable to learn to see red flags and warning signs as she says "Once you see it you can't unsee it." Scary thing is once you see it you release it is more prevalent than you think. 100% best podcast please give it your time and a listen.
