Knowledge is Power

We need more of this—women have been trapped in abusive cycles. “why did she stay? I would have left.” If people could understand the answers to the question without having to ask it, then we can end violence. Or at least minimize it. I was a cop. I am now a lawyer and firefighter. I was still caught in two abusive relationships, one that scared me so much I walked away from a career to relocate. My story made the local news in Arizona. If I had seen the signs sooner, maybe it would have been different. I want my daughter to have this knowledge. I want all of our daughters to have this knowledge. It is ground breaking and important to share these lessons. Thank you for taking the time to analyze and share this knowledge.
