Empathy and knowledge

I really enjoy the podcast and everything that Laura has to say. I’m interested in true crime but am turned away by the glamorisation of the subject matter. I’m very drawn to Laura’s intellectual and analytical style of addressing these issues and also at last to see the sexism and misogyny being called out across the field of both crime and crime prevention. Alongside this, Laura shows kindness and empathy towards victims so it’s not analysis without humanity. She gets the balance just right. I will keep listening. I hope she keeps campaigning and advocating for women and victims.
