Deja Vu

Brilliant at highlighting all the things that Economic and Coercive Control (hidden in plain sight) does to a person.
Having lived this for 30 years (knowing things were wrong, but not having the words), i can attest to everything that has been said in this amazing podcast.
I am out of that marriage now. Left me with CPTSD I am very wary of everyone and easily triggered. I have become a little reclusive. (self protection).
