Strangulation and coercive control - significant predictors for femicide are routinely overlooked 💣

Indicators of strangulation must not be ignored. Strangulation increases the risk sevenfold for serious harm and femicide. There was a mark over the front of Ellen Greenberg’s neck consistent with a fingernail mark. There were multiple bruises under the neck and in the strap muscles over the right side of the neck. Dr Wayne Ross opined these patterns are consistent with a manual strangulation 💣💀
