Laura is a criminal behavioural analyst, advocate and campaigner who worked for a decade at New Scotland Yard. Laura's previous roles include former Head of the Homicide Prevention Unit, Head of the Violent Crime Intelligence and Analysis Unit, Head of the Sexual Offences Section at New Scotland Yard as well as former Violence Adviser to the National Police Chief's Council and the Home Office.
