Missing: Where Is Nicola Bulley?

Nicola Bulley was last seen on Friday 27 January at around 0915am in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire. She took her two little girls to school and then took her dog, Willow a brown cocker spaniel, for a walk. She was was in the middle of a work phone call when disappeared, police have said. Her phone was found and then her dog Willow was found an hour later without it’s harness. Lancashire Police are continuing searching for her and are "especially keen" to find a "potentially key" witness they believe was in the area at the time Nicola Bulley went missing.

"He is described as a man aged around 70, white, 6ft tall, well-built who was walking a small white fluffy dog on a lead," a Lancashire Police statement said.

"He spoke to a woman in the area before walking in the direction of Rowanwater. If this is you, or if you know who this could be, please get in touch."
Nicola Bulley, who works as a mortgage adviser, is described as white, 5ft 3in (1.6m) tall, with light brown shoulder-length hair.
Nicola has an Essex accent and was last seen wearing a long black gilet jacket with a hood, black jeans and olive green ankle wellies. Police said they were not initially treating this as a ‘crime inquiry.’ I don’t know why they said this. All Nicola’s family and friends are worried as hell. She has two daughters who she took to school & her dog, Willow, was found without it’s harness. Her phone was found on a bench. It seems highly unlikely she took herself off. Women don’t just disappear into thin air and leave their children. More urgency is needed when women disappear.
